What is a Shrub?
A shrub syrup is a harmonious mix of fruit, sugar, and vinegar used to flavor drinks, dressings, and marinades. Commonly used in cocktails as a way to lighten the flavor of the spirits while adding the tartness of vinegar, shrubs were common to our ancestors in the early 1900's.

Why are the Nutritional Facts blank?
Some who've ordered have inquired as to why the Nutritional panel on the label is blank. We are a new startup business and still in the process of having our products tested for that information. To save time on label design, we have opted to save the spot for the Nutritional Facts to easily plug in once available. This information will also be posted on each product in our online shop. Please know that our products are not advertised as health food or meaningful nutritional items to add to your daily diet.
